Eschatology & Ethics – ETS (1 track)

By Ed Stevens. Presentation on Eschatology and Ethics at the Evangelical Theological Society meeting in 2009. The lesson challenged the unethical date-setting and false predictions that many futurists have engaged in over the past sixty years since Billy Graham and Hal Lindsey popularized the notion that we are the terminal generation. Plus it shows how the Preterist view provides a much more honest and healthy worldview in which to live our lives. The audience was mostly composed of young seminary students who tended to be premillennial and futurist. They asked some very insightful questions at the end.
